I would like to be able to feel peaceful no matter what is happening outside, and I have a feeling I am not the only one who wants that.
One of the powerful thing we can do is to be grateful about everything - everything we have, everything is happening to us....
It is a very good idea to make lists of things you are grateful for everyday. But just making lists are not really enough - you really need to feel "grateful" about all the things on the lists.
How about making a new routine? Make your gratitude lists every morning and spend sometime (could be just few seconds) feeling grateful about each things.
